About

Hansup is the online studio founded by Hans Verhaegen. Since 1988 Hans Verhaegen makes paintings, prints, collages, computer animations and other things called art. He likes wet paint, dry pencil, voodoo coding in computer software like Flash or Processing and watching green birds speeding through the park. The home made small computer programs allow him to draw and compose paintings to be printed on paper. His hybrid art oscillates between the screen, the canvas and the exhibition space. An animation can be presented as a standalone installation or might be used to produce new work on paper produced in small editions and available for sale.

Enjoy what you find in these online archives. If you see something you like, go ahead and contact Hans Verhaegen.
